The Cambodia National Stadium project is located within the National Sports Park on the delta at the confluence of the Tonle Sap and Mekong Rivers in Phnom Penh. The stadium covers approximately 14.2 hectares with a building area of about 80,000 square meters. Upon completion, it will become Cambodia's largest comprehensive stadium, capable of accommodating 100,000 spectators, and will serve as the main venue for the 2023 Southeast Asian Games.

Lighting Design: The overall architectural design resembles a sailboat, using mega-structural sports architecture design techniques that emphasize the control of main structural components over the building form, creating the overall architectural image of "Cambodia's Ark." Lighting design concept: Through nighttime lighting expression, enhance the architect's design concept and shape the overall nighttime architectural image of "Cambodia's Ark."
