Guilin Liangjiang International Airport has an annual passenger throughput capacity of 8.5 million. Building height: 39.80m, with 3 above-ground floors and partial 1 basement level. The terminal lighting scheme includes indoor lighting and architectural nightscape lighting. Indoor lighting covers general lighting and decorative lighting in public areas; architectural nightscape lighting covers the terminal building exterior facade. Lighting Design: 'Mountain and Water Crown' - A powerful expression of Guilin's characteristics. "Mountains reflected in water, water floating mountains - neither water nor mountains can be without spirit." The new terminal's architectural design draws inspiration from Guilin's rich natural essence and profound cultural heritage. Curved surfaces represent mountains; flowing lines represent water. From afar, the building resembles a "crown," while up close, the layered mountains and waters evoke the magnificent landscape of Longji Rice Terraces and the layered eaves of traditional architecture. The smooth strip skylights actively respond to climatic characteristics while becoming indoor spatial features, providing clear directional guidance for travelers. The nightscape image expresses the architect's concept, elevates the architectural theme, reflects architectural characteristics, enhances regional features and landmark image, leaving a clear impression on airport passengers and inspiring admiration and love for this city. | |||||||||
